Galápagos Shark
This painting is inspired by a moment captured while diving with Galápagos sharks. I was in awe of their elegant design—the way light dances on their grey skin, revealing subtle hues of green, blue, and yellow.
The feeling of being so close to an apex predator is strange. While there is some fear, there is more of a sense of peace and understanding. This piece is a tribute to sharks–such an important link in our food chain.
Video depicts 8×10 print with a half mat. Matting descriptions can be found at the bottom of this page.
